"The location is why I'm here. So I can't say plus or minus. It's not a bad area... But always be watchful after dark - but that's EVERYWHERE. Most of the rooms are newly updated and nice enough for what you'd need. $$ is fair, and the fact that they aren't the cheapest place around keeps a lot of the riff-raff out if you know what I mean. But, it's extended stay. If you're expecting a Hilton, add some zeroes to the statement. You've got to pay tax for the first 30 days, after that: nothing."

"In regards to my stay here at the intown suites here in Miamisburg, Ohio. The manager has gone beyond her duties and has made my stay here very comfortable and stress free. The staff provides great customer services here in a timely manner. "Good value for the size of the suite you get a nice size television and kitchenette. Angel the general manager deserves a raise she was very accommodating and made my stay flawless. If I should ever find myself in the Dayton area I will definitely stay here again"

"I have been staying here with my son and 2 granddaughters since Oct 2023 and it has been really nice here. The room is a good size. There is a almost full sized frig. There is a countertop stovetop. A good amount of cabinets and more. It is also quiet. I know my family will be here for awhile cause we are trying to find a house but this place is good place to stay at and I am happy I found this place. Angel who runs the front office is really sweet. This place is worth staying."

"1) Rooms aren’t as advertised. Pictures and description made them seem bigger and more up to date. Also the advertisement says there’s a bookshelf and there is no bookshelf in my room. 2) Housekeeping: literature said weekly housekeeping.
