"I was told to wait 3 months for an emergency hysterectomy during the pandemic. when i finally got my appointment i called to get the exact building location because i was lost. The lady who answered the phone refused to give me the location. She kept asking me for my personal information while i stood outside lost. Once i drove around i finally figured out where i must go on my own but 20 minutes later. Then i was told to call a different number by people standing outside the building guarding it. When i did i had to start the whole process with giving all of my personal information again and was told to wait in my car for someone to call me back. Another 20 minutes went by before i was given permission to enter the building. Then i had to give all of my information to the person in front of the elevator before i could even get directions to dr. Paddas office. Once approved and temperature was taken i was given the location where i had to give my information again to the person behind the desk and wait to be called back. Once called back they immediately gave me an ultrasound before me ever meeting the doctor or even getting weighed and having my vitals checked. Which i thought was all very strange but went ahead and did it anyway since this was an urgent matter. Turns out they had the wrong person. So i had to start over. Then once i met the dr. I explained my situation of needing an emergency hysterectomy and how i am from out of state but need it done due to enlarged fibroids. I told her i orginally went to a promedica dr. Who gave me the run around by telling me to do an ultrsound every week instead of planning the hysterectomy. I explained how he almost got me fired for l9st paperwork and refused to send the correct dates of time off for the pain i was having until i could do the procedure. I explained how he started showing up at my job and stalking me when i refused to use his services. I said i want nothing to do with that company. She agreed and decided she needed to do several test on me first before i could have the surgery. I explained i just had those tests done with the other doctor and she could get those records once i find them without having to do them over again and get stuck with all those different doctor bills all over again. She insisted she wanted to do them herself. So i thought ok maybe she is right since the last guy was weird and creepy. Turns out she was with promedica and got the records without my permission and didnt tell me. She still wanted me to do the same tests all over again. Mind you i waited 3 months just to do the first visit and now she wanted several other tests done before i could actually get the hysterectomy. I waisted my time, money, and had to show my gentials to complete strangers just to get the run around again. There were too many red flags. I dont know about you but i sure do not want someone mixing up my records during surgery and having a botched hysterectomy because a mix up. Not to mention i was given a prescription for cancer the following week instead of pain pills until the scheduled surgery. Total idiots."
