"This place is a joke. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours until it was time for my appointment. I could’ve driven all the way home and came back but I thought for sure that one of the 2 workers would take me back sooner. Much of the time I sat alone in the waiting room. They could’ve taken the 5 minutes to draw my blood while there were no appointments but chose not to. On top of that my dr requested at my last dr appointment to not go to this lab because they NEVER fax in the blood results and no one will answer the phone either so that u can request the results to b faxed in. Unfortunate for me that quest is the only place my insurance will allow. If u have the option to go somewhere else avoid this lab at all cost."

"Cant make appointment online, BUT you can drive ALL the way there, walk ALL the way in and make an appointment at the kiosk. Doesn't matter if you're a walk-in. You still have to make an appointment at the kiosk and the kiosk will tell you to come back in if you're lucky a few hours or like in my case it says come back in 2 days... Checking in for my 10:30 appointment after 2 days and it tells me to come back at 2:00. Freaking joke... Quest is a giant company. I'm surprised they don't help make the process easier on their customers."

"Good luck getting an appointment when nobody picks up the phone, the kiosk disables check-in ability hours before the advertised times that they're supposedly available, and there's no front-window to actually speak with a human being. Had to change locations and drive an extra 20 miles just to get things done. Planning on going here? Good luck..."

"I actually really like this place, which surprised me considering "medical lab inside a walmart" definitely paints a certain kind of picture. I've been here five times. The first time I did not have an appointment and they were busy, but they still had me in and out in like a half hour. All other times I had an appointment, and they had me in and out within ten minutes of arrival. The staff is very efficient, and seem to know what they're doing. I take vasoconstrictors so my veins are a jerk sometimes and everyone there has always been able to draw on the first time with no fuss. I love that it's always quick and easy when I go there. They're not overly friendly, but they get the job done and seemingly with a lot less nonsense then most of the bigger labs I've gone to. I'm a bloodwork frequent flier and this is definitely my go-to lab now."

"Located inside Walmart by the East entrance. No wait. Fast and easy. Ladies were very helpful and nice. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I called ahead of time and no appointment is required. They have a check in kiosk with a waiting room. Very clean with plenty of hand sanitizer and proper covid protocols in place. Thanks again."
