"Decided to do a drop in class today. Christy was so welcoming and introduced herself right away. She spent time showing me around and informing on what the class would be like. The class itself was a blast but also was a hard workout! I felt great by the time it was over. Christy then spent time at the end talking to me about other classes and the days/times they are offered. She made me feel very welcomed and I will 100% be back! It's a place you can shake it, punch it out, strength train and do yoga all within one class (or individual classes) at whatever level you are at.
