"I recently moved to the area from KY. I made my appointment for the soonest available (I had to book 3 months out), because I struggle with PCOS and it has been causing immense pain. I took the day off work for the appointment, and only 2 hours before, the office called saying they needed to cancel the appointment. I informed them I desperately need an appointment because I’ve been struggling with my PCOS and have waited for 3 months. The office manager was incredibly nasty and dismissive, refusing to help find a solution. She said the best she could do was schedule me over a month from my original appointment, and I would have to take off work again. If I had to do it over, I would run as far away from this practice. I don’t want to be in the care of such unprofessional, uncompassionate and dismissive. Don’t waste your time on this practice."

"My daughter has gone to this facility since the start of her pregnancy. This was her first pregnancy and had several concerning issues. Biggest problem and main reason she left was because of the OB-GYN nurse. She was not professional nor helpful. As a matter of fact she could be rude and she never followed up by returning calls regarding labs and questions for her doctor. My daughter shared with each of the doctors about the nurse and they responded that they were aware and have had other complaints but yet they did nothing about it."
