"My family doesn't have medical insurance. We've been coming here for years for a variety of things. Including sports physicals. Never a long wait. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very thankful for the facility!"

"My son came for help and was turned away because he did not have a copy of his insurance card. He’s been there quite a few times and had been seen and was not asked for his card. I’ve personally been many places without my card. He has a serious condition and felt like he was treated rudely. People in healthcare should really try to help people not make them feel worse!! Extremely disappointing. He ended up at Mercy ED and they were amazing! No card needed! Perhaps you all should treat patients like they were your family! Will never come there again, and certainly will not recommend your facility to any of my friends. Also, there is no sign on door, inside facility or on your website that you need your card if you have been there before and you have no changes."

"I love my docter there she is amazing. Listens and is very understanding. She has helped me alot with any concerns. Gets me in right away. Anyone that gives a negative review on waiting is ridiculous because you have to wait anywhere. I actually switched my old docter to her and she's fantastic. The staff is always friendly and nice."
