"Don't know where to start... I have gone here for years, some good visits (Dr. Hickey is awesome) but when I have seen Dr. Puckett I can tell she is always in a rush and not really paying attention to my questions or issues. There is usually a lot of test ordering where I am billed hundreds of dollars for tests that were never followed up on or I didn't even see the results for. For example, I had terrible pelvic pain, got an ultrasound and found two large ovarian cysts on both sides, and then never got even a follow up call from the doctor about how to handle the next steps. (but again, billed hundreds of dollars). I always felt an undertone that they would run tests on me just to keep billing up. My rating would still be high, but the real issue I have is with whoever works the front desk. I actually called back and learned that her name is Shelly. In my last conversation with her in trying to schedule an appointment for a medical emergency, she actually HUNG UP on me. She has always BEYOND rude, quick to snap at me for questions or concerns, and always a general condescending, really just a mean tone. But I didn't know that it was remotely acceptable for a medical care employee to hang up on a patient in need. I know others have had similar experience. There are times when my jaw has dropped because I can't believe a professional is treating a patient in the way that she speaks to me. I would love to still support this office but at this point, but I decided to take my business somewhere else because of how many terrible experiences I have had. I really hope Shelly gets fired, and the doctors decide to hire someone with a better attitude."

"Very careing and down to earth person. NEVER rushes you out of her office, makes you feel very comfortable no matter what your visit is for. I highly recommend her for whatever your female situation may be. She did a fantastic job delivering my granddaughters also."
