Quality Inn

"This place is trash... So breakfast today was supposed to be at 6am, came down and nothing, then came back at 7:10am and hey, they had a handful of Walmart brand tiny yogurts, NOTHING ELSE, they have a huge area for breakfast and waffle maker and all sorts of other breakfast food stations and nothing.... The exercise room!!!!???? It's maybe 6 feet by 10 feet and 3 pieces of equipment, 1 was way overdue broken in multiple places and the other 2 worked but maybe 30 years old... Motel and rooms stunk.... Outside entrances didn't lock for any safety precautions... Tiny bathrooms... Hey they had a room downstairs with a washer and dryer, 2 vending machines and a ice machine... The pool looked decent but after in the chemicals were way high.... I'll probably never, ever stay at a quality inn motel again in my life ( stayed hundreds and hundreds of nights at quality inn hotels across the country but this was the worst experience )"

"I travel the Midwest for a living. I stay in Hotels 3-4 nights a week. I am Diamond level with Choice. I know what to expect in a well run property. The property itself is good. The rooms are large and seem to be well-kept for a Quality Inn. The gm or whoever I encountered at check in at 8pm was not friendly and I had a very hard time understanding him. He was borderline rude. He had me initial rates and rules on a receipts and told me " these rooms are normally $100 a night, your room has been already been paid for for two nights, tossed me the keys and walked away" Dude needs to find another line of work as the concept of hospitality is lost on him. Breakfast was bare minimum but better than nothing. Had I not been met with an attitude when I checked in I probably would have recommended this place but....something is just not right here"

"Absolutely delighted with my recent stay at Quality Inn! The experience was nothing short of exceptional. The front desk hospitality deserves special mention. The indoor swimming pool was a definite highlight of my visit. The convenience of free parking was a significant plus. Complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise. Lastly, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining high standards. I can highly recommend Quality Inn Saint Marys and look forward to my next visit."

"The hotel, for the price was ok. Front desk help was nearly impossible to find. We were shorted towels the entire time. Needed to ask for them for pool and showers as there was only two in our room for four people. The room was clean, the sheets not so much. Dried blood stains caused us to not use the first set of sheets. Breakfast was as good as any hotels. I'd likely ship around a little better before coming back here. The pool was our original deciding factor, and not sure it was really worth the rest of the nonsense."

"I just stayed here this week. It was nicer than I expected. In fact, very nice. For us truck drivers, they do accept the CLC. He said that they have truck parking. Yes, you can get in there, but it's limited, at best. Excellent location. 5 minutes to my first stop. I would stay here again"
