"Savina has been little more than useless. Her communication during our claim was nonexistent. We had to do all of the legwork ourselves and only heard from her when (if) she returned our calls. I asked her to send over our current policies so we could start shopping new agents / providers. Today, she basically said she hasn't been in contact because we said we were leaving her agency. Mind you, we haven't yet left because our month-long claim is still not resolved.
