"I’m a contractor that has helped many customers with their Homeowners claims in the Cincinnati and Dayton area and Auto Owners is by far the worst to work with. They’re unorganized and unethically deny claims despite overwhelming evidence in support of coverage. They have hired conflicts of interest in situations when inspectors are meant to be unbiased. They will ignore emails and multiple follow ups for months on end. There is no urgency or even an ounce of desire to indemnify their customers as their policies contractually require.
