"I really love coming to Spenga. I wanted to get in better shape but I'm clueless at the gym and it's hard to motivate myself. Spenga is great because the instructors pick the workout and provide the equipment. The workout always includes spin and yoga but the strength portion always changes. So I get a varied workout and get to use all their equipment and have an instructor guiding me through it. I feel motivated but not pushed. The staff are super friendly and willing to answer any questions. Currently I visit once a week but I'm considering upgrading my membership. I always feel great after leaving my Spenga workout. Even just visiting once a week I can see results. I definitely recommend Spenga if you want to start working out but aren't sure how to start."
