"If you are giving the options of different health equipment facilities, whatever you do, do not go with Fidelity on Kettering Blvd. Fidelity does not care about the patients health and well-being at all! I am currently on oxygen nighttime only and I was needing to go out of town for A death in the family and my pulmonary doctor faxed an order in for a portable oxygen tank. After calling Fidelity, several times they were not receiving the orders by fax. At one point I ask the man on the phone if the order had came through yet by fax and he said I don’t know we only check our fax one time a day. I said OK, so when do you check the fax? He replied, he didn’t know. I said, is it morning , is it afternoon? He replied there isn’t a set time of day we check. So then I said if you receive it, will you call me and he said yes. But I had another option that since I was a customer with a home unit I could rent a portable unit with a $500 refundable fee. On Tuesday, November 21 I went there to pick up a portable oxygen tank to take with me out of town. Then they said I had to have a prescription for it. I said my doctor has sent it to three times let me call them and make sure they have the right fax number and have her fax it again , so I did that she faxed it and they received it the girl behind the counter, then said we received your orders but now you have to see of our respiratory therapist. I said orders from my lung doctor is not good enough and she said no. Now, I have a home unit that I use every night and never had to be seen by a therapist. In fact when they delivered that unit he showed me how to turn it on and that was it! So, I said OK when can I talk to a therapist so now she says I have to make an appointment which was not going to be today, so here I am having to leave early afternoon and I have no oxygen to take with me and will not have any for six or seven days. As I left there, I told her when I got back from this funeral. They can come back and get their unit. I’m done with them . And as I walked away her and the others were in the back laughing. Save yourself some grief and go with another company! And for the girl at the counter and whoever wouldn’t help me.. I wish you would put a bag over your head and try to do daily life and see how much you can take!!"
"Fidelity Healthcare billing is terrible. I have an automatic deduction coming out each month for a CPAP. My credit card expired and I have tried four attempts to call and give them the correct information. Their voicemail says they will return the call by 5:00pm the next day. Four times, never happened. They send email and says to access the info online. I give all the required information on the registration screen and it says the system cannot find my information. Please, someone fire whoever is in charge and bring someone in with experience to provide customer service."
"Trying to return equipment is like pulling teeth. Their customer service is worse than translating a foreign language that you are unfamiliar with. You are better off finding a different, more reputable company for your Healthcare needs."
"This is in all honesty the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The RT was AMAZING but outside of that I don't have anything good to say about fidelity. I'm literally JUST trying to pay them and it's impossible. They do not send me statements so I don't have the account number. I've been leaving messages for months to update the card on my account due to having a new HSA card. No one will answer or call back. Frustrating isn't even the word! Today they sent me an email final notice about my bill. It's truly laughable! I left multiple messages asking for a manager to call me and still nothing. Please find a different medical supply company don't use fidelity."
"I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews, as they cite issues that are not the responsibility of Fidelity. My experience with Fidelity has been excellent. They cared for my mother on 2 diff occasions. The nurses who came to her home were all kind, helpful, and engaged in her recovery. They, too, acted as a liaison between her & her physician, which provided my mom with better care. Highly recommend!"
