"Google maps says this store is open when in reality when I went there, I was left with complete shock to see that the entire store and everything in it was gone. Just for google to say that it is open right now and it closes at 2PM."

"I placed an order with this company online. That was the extent of the communication because after trying to call them no one never answer the phone so I went to the physical location and I was greeted with information that I wasn’t happy with because I placed the order two weeks ago and they said it probably would be like another week, I think the thing that really made me unhappy was the fact that my order was not in production and they didn’t even want to give me my money back. And that I had to hear that my order would not be ready for another week. Well, another week went by and again I tried to call I tried to call. I tried to call no answer so I had to go there And it this point it’s been a month and they don’t have my order and they don’t want to give me my money back. They said we don’t do refunds I’m like wow I didn’t see that in a small print because I would’ve not made a purchase with you guys so here we are a month later and still no merchandise. I would suggest you run from this company,communications is poor. I take that back communication is horrible because there’s none after they get your money online and when you get there there’s no accountability and they’re unapologetic about the lack of communication, so I say to anyone who’s thinking about going to U Sports don’t"

"Have spent a lot of money & wasted a lot of time dealing with this place. I always give places the benefit of the doubt and a 2nd chance just in case, but this place just can’t get things right. I love shopping local & have gone here many times hoping things will change, but it never does. Every order I have ever placed has been done wrong. Just this passed time we placed an order along with the rest of our team & ours came in the wrong size. We returned it to them & they said to call in 2-3 days and they should have the correct one. We did so & they didn’t have it. No problem, we’ll check back in a few days. Another week goes by and still nothing. Another week, nothing. Another week, nothing. I finally called 3 weeks later & left a message to have a manager or owner return our call to discuss our disappointment with this issue…. that was a week ago today and still no call back. Ge is the only one on the team without his team shirt. We are now going into week 5 with this issue a d still no answer on when or if we will get it and still have never heard a word from anyone there. Terrible way of doing business. Now I see why 4 of our 3 kids trams have stopped placing their orders through them and have switched to other local places."

"I just received the most unbelievable call. They said my hoodie was ready that I ordered online in 2021 for cross country season. It is February 2023. I ordered that hoodie a year and a half ago. Then they had audacity to tell me on a phone message that they could not refund any of my money because I placed the order online. What's even funnier is it was ordered for middle school. The middle school is only 7th and 8th grade year. So if you want something for your middle school student you might want to order it when they're in elementary school to get it on time. My son doesn't even go to school there anymore. I'm not even mad. This is why I stopped using their service because it would take months to get an item and they would not call you. I would always have to call or stop by and ask them if it was ready. Is it really that hard to call people?"
