"If I could give no stars I would. Gabe the salesman was wonderful. Bill the manager is nothing but a lying and deceitful human. Please check the online price of a vehicle before purchasing because he will sell it to you for more than the company lists it for online (he did that twice while we were looking) and definitely don't do a deposit, doesn't mean anything. They will sell the car from under you and give the run around about what happened."

"Super friendly and on top of things. Helped me get the exact car I wanted- 2015 Explorer Sport. Ricky and Bill were great, however, got the car back home and to my mechanic to go through it, and a new axle is needed and a few things inside broken. Of course some things are expected with an as is deal but not an axle!!"

"Earlier this year I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Maysville, Ky dealership. The team there were helpful and friendly. I am pleased with the Jeep itself. However, I was promised something small that never happened. It isn’t about what I was promised as much as the integrity of the sale. It all comes down to trust and confidence. I believed that I had found a dealership that was a step above the big city companies, where you know that promises not in writing are worthless. I was wrong. The promise was for a Jeep t shirt or ball cap. They indicated that because the parts department was closed, they couldn’t get one but would definitely mail it. I followed up to more promises. A third follow up was met with crickets. If you are looking for a straightforward purchase of a vehicle, no worries. If you’re looking for a dealership relationship with integrity, this isn’t the place. Update: Folks from Tim Short have reached out to make things right, however, the reply below is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on the response from Tim Short dealer group below, I feel as though my original assessment might be a bit high. This review likely should be a two star, as indicated, as opposed to a three star rating that I previously provided. Stay tuned as I work through this issue. Update: received a super nice hat and t-shirt in the mail today. I’m definitely not happy that it took this Google review to initiate it but finally, promise fulfilled. Upgrading review to 4 stars but use your own judgement."
