A great combination of strength training with Barre and Pilates, stretching with yoga, and the restorative yoga which gives you a great stretch. Highly recommend!"

"This studio is awesome. I spent a month in Cold Spring, KY for school and was looking for a place to do yoga while I was there. This place was the perfect fit. It’s clear that the owner really cares about all her clients, she was extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. There are a variety of classes so you can be as intense or as relaxed as you want, the instructors are all great and really guide you, and the people who go there are a mix of ages and very inclusive. Some classes trend towards younger clientele due to the intensity. It’s definitely a place where you can go if you’re trying it out for the first time and be comfortable. I went three times a week while I was there using the monthly pass, then environment makes you want to go. I wish this yoga studio was in my home town so I could go there all the time!"
