"I have been training with Eli Ayars for 1 1/2 years. He opened at this location in October '23. I really believe in his program. Eli is supportive and his energy is infectious! He plants seeds about discipline, consistency, and the importance of proper nutrition, and is here with all of the tools to help hold you accountable.
