"Everytime I try to order diabetic supplies I always get the run around. I'm aware that things are needed from the doctor, but when it's been 10 days without supplies there should be some form of urgency to get it done. Especially when I'm calling the doctors office and they are saying they sent everything that has been requested. Today I called Byram to see why information is not being received on your end I was given the "there is no one else that can tell you anything I can only wrote notes." When trying to confirm info and ask questions, I got attitude from the "customer service rep" and when I said you don't have to get rude she stated,"I'm just matching your energy" If that's the energy you think I was giving I sure gave it after that conversation because I have never had someone in customer service say anything like that before. Someone was with me and heard her say that and was In disbelief themselves. Not helpful at all and no problem solving efforts were made to make sure this doesn't happen again. Once again I called my doctors office to let them no that your company still has not received paperwork needed. So they are sending again! If I had other choices of companies to use I would but unfortunately my insurance won't allow it."

"I needed supplies so I tried to go with 180 Medical but they were too slow. I waited a week and then canceled the order. I called Byram and they immediately sent the order out while they worked on the paperwork. I should have gone with Byram first. They had all the supplies I needed except one that was on back order but man the speed of delivery can’t be beat. I was able to get a three month supply and when I had questions the rep was able to get a manufacturer rep on the phone to answer my questions which helped me make a decision on the type of appliance I wanted to order."
