"Receptionist was very rude and dismissive. I made my appointment at Liberty but somehow they switched it to Princeton-Glendale. The people at Liberty said that happens sometimes and to just go to the other one and they would call them and let them know I was on the way. No call was made and they refused to see me despite no patients even being there at that moment. I was only 10 minutes late……because of them!!!! What a horrible experience. Never again."

"Poor customer service!!!! I went online scheduled to have a COVID test, confirmed appointment, checked in online and then was told by the receptionist my insurance was not valid! I asked what she needed from me, her reply was "I can not call, you have to call". So I did, I called the number on the back of the card and spoke to my insurance company and they confirmed that my insurance was in fact good and the information that they put in had to be incorrect. I tried to tell the receptionist that she could speak to the insurance company to try and figure this out. Again she said she could not call them, then my insurance person said they would call her. The receptionist cut me off before I could even get a number from her and told me "That it is her system that is telling her that it is not valid, that she could not just take my word that it is valid." Why do I need to be the one to try and solve your system error!? What happen to customer service!? Why could she not help me figure it out instead of being rude!? I gave a few different ideas to solve the problem and she still got snippy with me. I work in customer service every day and coach people all day long, if one of my team members acted the way she did I would be questioning if they were a good fit for my company! She was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Do not work in a position that requires you to help people if you do not want to actually help them!"
