"This is the perfect place to take you kids to learn self defense and even for you to learn it. Her classes are very informative and as an adult she empowers you mentally and physically at the start of your journey making you comfortable in her environment, and she is never condescending in her tones when she is giving you advice and correcting your moves. This place truly is perfect for kids tho because she knows how to motivate them and talk with them without them getting upset or frustrated, especially if it's a kid learning a new moves and they keep getting frustrated or unmotivated she knows how to talk with that kid and help them learn no matter how frustrated they get. I would give 6 stars if possible!!"
