"I called to make an appointment this afternoon and was left on hold for 15 minutes. The call dropped and rang and was answered by the rudest woman. I said I had been waiting on hold to make an appointment and the call dropped. With an attitude she says "We have nothing for today we are booked." I said I dont need one for today, just before the 7th of October. "We are booked until December."My daughter has been a patient here since she was born. I needed her to get a well check before preschool started and her immunizations updated. I was just given the form for it to be completed. I was clearly confused and calm. I mean they can listen to the recording. She continued to be rude and snotty to me for absolutely no reason. We found a new pediatrician elsewhere today for my daughter and the receptionist there spoke to me kindly and helped me when this office didnt."

"Office staff and docs are always great here. However I don't see the point of masks if the rooms are barely cleaned. If you're going to require them, might want to set aside cuff used on my kid and clean walls from last kid"
