The therapist we have seen have been nothing short of outstanding!! Dr. John Glovan, Mr.Michael Pollack, and Dr. Elena Zagarskas are those that we continue to see. Their knowledge, compassion, high integrity, excellent technique, and kindness are like no other place that we have been to for such services. "The first few sessions were good. However the last one really nose dived. Their availability is awful to top it off. He was on vacation for a few weeks. Returned, and after a month of not seeing him he seemed like he’d rather be anywhere else. Yawning, and just kept saying “well what do you want to get out of today?” He’s also always a few minutes late and doesn’t go over. I don’t know dude, you know what’s going on, and making the big bucks to sit there. Shouldn’t he have some plan or idea or direction of what to discuss? If I wanted to just complain about life I’d text a friend. I’m really upset about it because I thought for once I found someone but then he just really nose dived. The Then the psychiatrist, I had an appointment with had no availability at all until January ‘23. Then they call me to tell me she’s going to be out of the country and they can’t fit me in with anyone other than a nurse practitioner. Just a joke. No wonder no one has any faith in our country’s mental health system. When you have places like this… just awful."
