"I used to love this Dr's office but lately I am not a fan. The lady who answers the phone has THE WORST unpleasant customer service EVER! I HATE having to call in because I know I have to talk to her. Definitely looking into another location just so I don't have to deal with her. Word of advice to her...if you don't like your job then quit!!! It is a doctors office! Maybe you should try not being yourself and try being professional."
"The supervisor at Akron Childrens pediatrics is a child very immature very petty they have a terrible system with calling and scheduling appointments and I was complaining about that and she falsely accused me of cussing and yelling at her staff and I was not doing that whatsoever file a formal complaint they are extremely rude and lack follow through on scheduling appointments takes them hours sometimes days to respond when your child is sick. She just think she’s a person of power trying to play on that position well guess what I’ve been a manager at a bank so I’ve been above you I can run a company to and a department you’re not better than me just because so much stressed out with your scheduling system does not mean that they were trying to treat your Stafford Lee get your Facts straight I didn’t yell at her absolutely I did because she was rude. Very unprofessional and then she laughed thinking she was funny there’s nothing funny about you you’re not better than anyone else."
"Front desk lazy girl need to find another job or they need to hire someone active. 2+ hours just to answer the phone. U guys are not that busy. This is redicilous."
"I love all of the doctors but the girls at the front desk never answer. No one should be on hold for an hour+ to get an appointment. It's not the doctors, it's the lazy women up front."
"Went for 4 months and 6 months shots . They are good but it takes long time for them to give the shot to the baby. Waiting for too long baby was getting hungry too. Staff should consider more about infants and give the shot quickly."
