"Not what it used to be. Very under staffed and overworked. Went twice to pick up my prescription, yesterday and then again today and everything is delayed. People were transferring their prescriptions to another pharmacy when I came in yesterday and I understand why now.. I transferred somewhere else too and got mine filled in less than an hour. I’m in too much pain to play around."

"Normally I haven't had big issues with this store but today... I was on hold with the pharmacy for 50 minutes. Then mysteriously, I was "disconnected." When I called back I got the store instead of the pharmacy, I explained that I was "disconnected," she said, "You're gonna have to call them back. I'm up front ringing. Bye." And hung up! I'm on hold again with the pharmacy. I'll bet money that no one answers this phone before they close at 6. The days of good service are behind us, but this isn't even half way decent service. At 5:47, after 25 minutes of waiting... I WAS HUNG UP AGAIN!"
