"I only give 4 stars due to being rescheduled multiple times when trying to get my boys in for their first visit here. However after finally getting in for their cleaning it's been great. All the staff I've interacted with has been very nice and professional, and work wonderfully with children! I especially liked Carley who was the dentist technician that helped with the fillings my 12 year old needed. He was rather nervous about the whole process and asked questions along the way and even delayed their work because he was nervous about the laughing gas. Not once did she get annoyed, frustrated or anything, she answered each and every question very professionally and in detail and as they worked on him shed continuously give praise o how well he was doing. Also kept him informed on how much longer they had. ..she was wonderful! Thank you carley!! Place is very clean, they have a TV on the ceiling to keep kids calm as their mouth is messed with, definitely handicap accessible if needed. Nothing bad to say about our experience once getting in, other than the cost but eh we all know how that is. Would recommend"

"My son had to have some work done. It was a bit of a drive for us to have to go to the Xenia location but it was well worth it. Dr. Wright was amazing! There was staff member named Carley, she was very sweet. She made my son feel calm and relaxed. She made the whole process more enjoyable for him."

"Two appointments in a row we were called and told it had to be rescheduled. Even though it was annoying, things happen..... However, the icing on the cake was when we finally were able to be seen - keep in mind we were cancelled on twice. We are now at the office for our appt. We waited two hours let me repeat over two hours in the lobby for our appointment that this office has canceled on us already twice. YOu would think they would get us in at least at the set appt especially after they have had to cancel on us twice..... Spoke with receptionist several times even the receptionist thought it was ridiculous. Finally more than two hours she said the dr wants to speak with us.... we stood in lobby another 20 mins waiting on the so called dr.... until finally nothing.... we walked out. My time is important than this place I was disrespected, my daughter still has dental issues that have been yet unresolved. Don't waste your time with this office. 7 DAYS LATER: I tried calling because the office never attempted to find out why we even left when clearly they knew why we left ---because my time is more important than waiting more than two hours past our appt. So, I left a voicemail demanding an explanation and to try to reschedule my daughter with the office against my better wishes. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! Instead of the office calling back and apologizing the office sends us a letter terminating our patient dental relationship. Obviously, they can't apologize for the problem and make it right. I absolutely, don't recommend you even consider this office. RUN"

"Highly recommend. They were great with my daughter who had a negative experience at another dentist. Now she loves the dentist again! They were also very patient with my son who was nervous. Very thankful for the people at Smile Wright!"
