"After being in severe pain, and being put off by a dentist that didn't care, I called this office and Dr. Crandall worked me in same day. My visit was so amazing I could have cried. The receptionist and all the staff were so caring, and Dr Crandall spent time explaining all the options, then offered to STAY AFTER HOURS TO TAKE CARE OF ME THAT EVENING!!! When I came back that evening, this office went above and beyond to put their care into action and get me out of pain. Dr Crandall is exactly the kind of dentist I have been wishing I could find: intelligent, experienced, explains everything, but with a heart!! He also was trying to help me keep the cost down, not raise it, which is highly unusual. I recommend to everyone!! 10 stars!!! Thanks guys!! I am your new number one fan!!!"
