"If I can give this place a zero I would. I was going to the Kettering location with my first then switched to the Vandalia location once I moved as it was closer. I absolutely HATED both offices. Everytime my son was seen there was always an issue with his weight, he was a chunky thing when he was baby so I never understood why his weight was a problem. He was under “failure to thrive” which as a new mom I didn’t know about but it was his weight. I was even given an entire case of formula (I was breastfeeding) when he was close to a year to supplement but he didn’t take it so I just waited for him to turn a year which wasn’t long so I can start giving him whole’s milk. When I got pregnant with my second I was still going to the Vandalia office and EVERY time I left I was just brake down and cry in the car because like my first they were on me about his weight. I was breastfeeding and I felt I wasn’t producing as this office was stressing me out. It was to the point I had to take him to Dayton’s Children to get tests done to see if there was a reason why he wasn’t gaining enough weight. I was done with this office all I was doing was crying after every visit, I just dreaded going to their visits. I finally walked in and requested both my boys records as I was leaving. I can agree with alot of comments stating the ladies up front were very rude because I experienced it myself. I also was done being asked if I wanted to have my baby given a vaccine on top of the others as a “trial”. It was a long process but I’ve been at my current office for about 4-5 years now and I have NEVER experienced what I had at this office. I would say don’t go here because I wish I would of payed attention before."

"This place has been a blessing to our family ever since our daughter and son were born. 7 years of great service. Dr. Mergler and Dr. Powers are great. They actually care."

"Laurien is always very rude and after lying to me about my appointment and having me arrive almost two hours early., She then decides to make me wait another 10 minutes before giving me my paperwork while she laughs and talks about her personal life"

"Had an appointment for my daughters physical and Lorraine gave me a very difficult time and told me I couldn’t schedule an appointment after leaving me on hold for over a hour because my daughter didn’t get a vaccine that she’s allergic to. She clear is very miserable with her life and needs to retire."

"This place is literally a joke! Left me sitting in the office for over a hour waiting but I’m more than 5 minutes late to my appointment I have to reschedule for the second time. I was ten minutes late. Then the first time they tell me I have to reschedule if I’m more than 15 minutes late. They literally do not know what they are doing in this office and have zero communication which is sad because I love my daughter’s pediatrician."
