"Going to this place has definitely been a process... BUT they haven't given up on me and are willing to do different treatments when one doesn't work. From personal experience I know it's extremely frustrating to have keep going through trial-and-error. It feels like you'll never be better. But since I've been going here I'm better then what I was and they're still working to get me to %100. Be honest with them and yourself and over time things will get better! Unfortunately they're isn't overnight fix for those of us with chronic pain. Just keep going and never give up!"

"This place is terrible they are an interventionist doctors and do not prescribe anything. I went for my initial appointment today and my only option is ablation or a nerve block. However, they can’t provide relief today. Have to wait at least 3-4 weeks for any type of relief. I went here as a follow up from my surgery on 10/31 and was provided no options for quick pain relief. Don’t go here if you want relief."

"Not happy at all with them. Didn't explain procedure well enough. I felt rushed during my procedures and got no relief from these back injections. Didn't make an attempt to set me up another appointment and discuss where we go from here. Doesn't seem like they care. I have to go over a new bill because the cost of what I owe keeps going up and I haven't been to see him for a couple months. If they'd care they would call and talk to me about what to do next and the costs. 2 so call sple produres cost me $500. Very hard to pay when you're retired person. I tried to set up financial aid and they never got back to me."

"For my first appt. I had to wait 2 months. Now for my second I have wait 3 months. I take high doses of Motrin because the doctor thinks 2 Tylenol should work on severe nerve pain coming from the lower spine. This place is a complete waste. Oh and don't expect an answer to a question by phone until at least 2 or 3 days have passed!"

"My pain was not taken seriously here, the exams take 30 seconds and are very basic. I had a nerve conductive that came back normal yet a couple months later after switching doctors and actually getting the imaging I needed it showed I have sciatic neuritis in both legs and a tethered and entrapped sciatic nerve so I am not sure what a nerve conductive shows if it comes back normal when I have all of that going on. I also have sprained pelvic ligaments, yet the doctors here wanted to inject before doing any imaging and figuring out what was causing my pain, their guess of bursitis was incorrect and would have injected unnecessary corticosteroids into my body. After requesting imaging myself dr. Guran put in a request for just one side (when the other side actually has more damage which she would have missed). It has been 4 months since the imaging was requested and I still have never been contacted to schedule imaging, I called twice within the first 3 weeks to check and the assistant I talked to seemed annoyed and said lots of other patients had been waiting longer. At that point I switched doctors to one at Summa who requested imaging immediately. Please do yourself a favor and go to a doctor that is interested in finding the cause of your pain and treated it correctly, don't waste 4 months and lots of money at this place like I did."
