"We had a great experience here and I'm so glad a friend told me about it! I took my son (age 9) in to get checked out and tested for strep. While the front desk lady wasn't the nicest person in the world, she also wasn't terrible. It didn't bother me. Got checked in and waited about 20-25 minutes to be seen. Once in the room we were seen right away! The staff listened to us, checked him out, and did the strep test right away. As soon as the results came back (it only took about 3 minutes!) he was prescribed antibiotics and we were out of there! I will definitely go back next time express care is needed!"

"This place is a joke! I literally walked at round the building trying to find the entrance to the express care facility, the sign on the door says unit 110- but magically it is in unit 120 with the Cole eye institute. My appointment was for 10:30, it is now 11:00 I’m still just sitting here!"

"Got me in to see a doctor in less than five minutes, doctor saw me and diagnosed problem (scratched eye), prescribed meds, and sent me on my way, all in less than 20 minutes. Staff was friendly, funny, and pretty chill. I leave this review to offset the absurdly critical reviews that seems petty. Hope it helps and thanks again for your terrific work!"

"I am not sure if Cleveland Clinic is aware of the kind of practice going on at this urgent care. It's totally against the guidelines. NP has literally no idea what she is doing. She just prescribed Steroids to my kid for pharyngitis. There is no guidelines suggesting use of steroids for kids with pharyngitis. I would really recommend not taking your kids to this express care."

"Very friendly, prompt, and efficient staff - from front desk to back. We were seen in a very timely manner. Exam was thorough. Our concerns were listened to and questions all answered. I highly recommend!"
