"Haven’t even been here yet and I’m already unimpressed. Taking my elderly mother for cataract surgery. I’m not allowed to wait with her. She hast to be in there for the entire procedure by herself. I can sit in my car and wait or I can go “shopping“ while I wait as long as I am not more than 10 minutes away. This is not best practice for a medical facility. I am extremely disappointed in this “company.”"
