"I absolutely love the team at Atrium - have been going here for 20+ years, and they have seen me through 2 pregnancies. Everyone is great! My only concern (and on-going concern) is trying to get scheduled. Often times, I will call multiple times in a day to try to and speak with someone in scheduling. There is the default option to leave a message, and have the scheduling team call back by the end of the next business day; however, there are times you need that personal touch and peace of mind in getting scheduled. I see that you do read your reviews, and I urge you to do better with this - it's an act of congress to talk to a real person. I personally have been trying to call someone since last week, stepping out of my classroom between classes and praying I can connect. Today, I finally did after 3 attempts - only to be transferred to radiology, and had to leave a voicemail. I believe you all provide excellent care and I would never consider leaving this practice. However, please hear my concern."

"I am a new patient to this practice but had seen Dr. O'dear years ago when he practiced in Alliance. When I called to schedule an appointment I left a message and played phone tag because I missed the return call which was prompt. Everyone I have interacted with in this office has been wonderful. I was scheduled for an appointment for 4 days after my call. Had my second appointment today and again the staff was wonderful and made me feel comfortable when having an ultrasound and procedure done. I would definitely recommend this practice. Dr. O'dear is very kind and thorough in explaining things and answering any questions. Very glad I made the decison to call this practice and schedule an appointment."

"I went to Atrium, maybe 6 months ago and I felt neglected by the reception staff and even felt some of the nurses were rude but I always loved Dr. Goodrich. Upon finding out I was pregnant, I actually made an appointment with another doctor’s office for my first ultrasound. I ended up having some complications and my only option was to go back to Atrium and I’m really glad I gave this office a second chance! They got me in same-day for testing and a checkup. I found that the reception staff was completely different and in addition, I dealt with brand new nurses who were kind and empathetic. I felt they prioritized my health and the health of my baby. I will now be handling all of my pregnancy care through Atrium. I greatly appreciate everything they’ve done for me on this journey to motherhood. If you’ve had a negative experience here, definitely give them another shot because they’re making appropriate changes for the better."

"I have been going here for my entire pregnancy, and I am currently 31 weeks pregnant. I have heard a lot of mixed reviews while telling people that I utilize this practice for my care, but ultimately chose to stick with the practice. Dr. O'dear and Jule have been my 2 primary practitioners I have seen thus far. If I could make it definite, Dr. O'dear would be the one delivering my baby because he makes me feel safe and heard (I really hope he's the one that delivers my daughter). He is so down to earth, and LISTENS to everything I have to say, and takes the time to spend with you in each appointment. Jule as an NP is the same way - she listens to concerns/questions, and is willing to educate on anything you would like more information on. The staff, does need some better manners (hence the 4 star rating). As a nurse myself, I do not appreciate the attitudes and dismissive behavior from the staff, and it always comes from nurses rooming me. The front desk as well I have had some issues with. If you are working in patient care, the best you could do is make everyone feel safe and welcome!"

"I had two appointments at Atrium. The first one was about a four star experience. I needed to switch to a new a doctor as I was looking for a more local doctor. At my first the receptionist was very friendly and nice. I felt very comfortable. The only bad thing was that the nurse that took me back to the room and gathered my history was a bit dismissive and rude. I overlooked this as my experience at the front desk and with Dr. Wychanko was really good. Dr Wychanko listened intently and has great bedside manner, When I left there I felt great about switching to a new doctor as I was a bit apprehensive before. However, the second appointment was not so great. The receptionist that checked me in was very nice. Also, the nurse who took me back to the room was very nice. Dr. Wychanko was great as well. But when I went to make the follow up appointment Tracie at the desk was very condescending and rude. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I did schedule another appointment just because I like Dr. Wychanko but I feel so unsettled about it that I am going to cancel."
