"My understanding is that Dr. Klapchar works for a facility that people are sent to by court order, with a "pink slip". That is, if you are just a regular person looking for psychiatric care, seeing Dr. Klapchar is not an option. I had to figure that out myself, so maybe this will be useful to someone else. I've never seen Dr. Klapchar but I have to give her a rating in order to post this, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt with five stars."
