"I would strongly recommend looking at other physical therapy companies. My daughter was having some pain in her elbow from softball. She had tendinitis, nothing exteme. We saw the therapist 6 times before we received the bill. I was charged over $600 for every visit. We have great insurance but even after they paid, I owe more than $1800. My son went to a different physical therapist for a back injury from football and I never paid more than $200 total for his 8 visits. Akron Children's is WAY over priced not even close to worth the cost."
"I’ve been dealing with trying to get an appointment for two years. First it’s they have to fax the script. Okay that’s been done three times in the past. Then it’s our office will call you to schedule. I mean what? Why?? You don’t have my preferences of which day I’d like, you don’t know when I can Be there vs when I cant. I just don’t get it then the office wants to be rude. I haven’t made it in for therapy yet because I’ve still been dealing with the office bull. At this point I’d much rather have my son go elsewhere."
