"Had an appointment for an eye exam. Waited almost an hour and a half and still never saw the doctor. I had to be at work so I had to leave. Complete waste of time. I Didn't think an eye exam wouid take two hours and it shouldn't Take your patients time into consideration and stop over booking appointments."

"The cataract surgery went very well. The eyeglasses I bought are not suitable. They did attempt to make the eyeglasses suitable but they are not. They do not provide refunds on eyeglasses."

"Dr. Hansen and the technicians are all very nice and welcoming. They make going to the eye doctor a breeze however the ladies who work in the optical department are very unpleasant. I was in three weeks in a row for myself and my daughters. They do not greet you when you walk in the center nor do they cast a smile, as yes you can still tell if someone is smiling under a mask. They act like you are bothering them if you ask a question. The one lady acted like it was a hassle to pull up my insurance information to see what they cover, sorry but that is part of your job. I called yesterday and asked for my daughter's glasses prescription to be faxed, as being a busy mom I somehow misplaced and my only option was to pick it up as they would not tell me over the phone, and we are going on 24 hours and I still have not received the fax. It really stinks as Dr. Hansen is truly a wonderful human being and is so great with my girls but due to the awful experience in the optical department they will not be getting our business for ordering glasses and I am contemplating finding a new eye center for our yearly appointments. No one enjoys feeling like you are being a hassle and when your 10 year old makes a comment that the lady was not very nice, it truly speaks miles."

"Everyone was exceptionally nice. My wait to see the doctor was very within reason. The exam seemed thorough and went well. This was my 2nd time visiting The Eye Clinic and both interactions were helpful and pleasant."

"I have been seeing Dr.Hansen for 15 years. His treatment and care is excellent. I have a special condition with my eyes which makes fitting of contact lenses very difficult.The eye doctors I saw before Dr.Hansen just could not get me comfortable and correct eyesight. Dr.Hansen has truly improved the quality of my life through my eyesight and has always been very nice to me. His staff is great as well and they also have two locations. THANKS AGAIN, Dr Brent Bach"
