"I was treated very professional when I visited Mikayla Rorar at this location. Mikayla followed me up with a virtual and spoke with me about my Kidney Stone. She referred me to a surgeon for same day out patient surgery and which was done and hopefully I'm on my way to a quick recovery she is truly a person who cares and I recommend her services. "Absolutely terrible patient care the doctors are a quack told they are in surgery and can’t read a chart for 4 damn days and they don’t have multi-state license so can’t help when I’m out of state"

"The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They seem to be on time as I have not had to wait longer than 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be taken to an examination room. Dr Naveen K Arora has been wonderful, he takes the time to listen to concerns and explain in layman's terms complex medical issues. The lady you see at the desk before you leave is wonderful; specifically, I like that she will make the next appointment and schedule tests based on my availability, then mail me a letter with the details and push it to MyChart. "Good luck ever getting ahold of anyone in this office they are the absolute worst. Went for my vasectomy but couldn't ever get ahold of then to schedule my post op lab test and you never get a call back. 6 months later after trying over and over again and still no luck. Even the other departments say how aweful they are at this urology specifically with answering phones or getting back to patients. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and energy."

"This is the absolute WORST medical office that I have had to deal with. My PCP recommended them to me . I have had to call them multiple times and left messages. They NEVER return calls, I have actually sat in a room waiting to be seen, and have heard their answering machine go off, taking messages while NO ONE bothers to pick it up. I have had to report this office for their ineptness. They have absolutely no problem sending you a bill , but the fact is, they don't deliver. I would give them a minus 0 if I could. Their office manager never returns calls, . It is impossible to speak to a doctor. ...they are all "too busy". I am going back to my other Urologist."
