"Careful of dr Krusemark, I was dismissed from the office, granted I was a no call no show like twice so that’s fine right? However when he dismissed me there was no notice I called to make an appointment and was told to kick rocks essentially, I was out of all my prescriptions and I take blood pressure pills which are detrimental to not just go off like that as well as an ssri which you need not be bouncing on and off of those either. Before this, I used to take a controlled substance for 4 years and this dude is so job scared due to Ohio law that he refuses to prescribe them. When you see him, he will act like he has written all drug orders to the pharmacy yet you will have to call the fckin office every time to remind them to send them. A lot of hand holding with these new young doctors. Save your time and money folks see a REAL doctor at a REAL medical office."

"Been a pt. Of Dr.Haupt's for years,she is very competent and caring doctor. The staff is very nice and the receptionist and phone ladies are wonderful and go out of the way to help me when I needed it. Keep up the good work!"

"Eh, you should probably save time and money and just go to Urgent Care instead of waiting 3 weeks for an appointment and then meet with a doctor for 8-10 minutes and get charged $246 for that and a weight and blood pressure check. I am self pay and the last time I went to Urgent Care, I paid $89 to be seen by a doctor and they wrote a prescription for some antibiotics and I was good to go! Don't waste you money/out-of-pocket here..."

"I called the office to schedule an appointment. The person I spoke to was going to leave a note for the doctor and someone was supposed to get back to me. 3 days later I called again and they gave me an answer to my question. It would have been courteous if they would have at least returned my call. How very unprofessional. They would not accept an appointment for me with the doctor I have seen since 1995 because it had been a while since my last visit. When you don't have health insurance and cannot afford to go to the doctor for a long time, this is what happens."

"Trying to find a more a new doctor and was recommended here. My new patient visit was a disaster. Doctor spent 5 minutes in the room with me. Didn't listen to anything that was wrong with me. I am on daily meds and didn't even want to refill them. Told me we would talk in 5 months when it was time for my wellness check."
