"I'd give zero stars if I could my wife went here on two separte occasions was basically blown off the first time the second was told to take ibuprofen but was very sick, she went to another urgent care today as she could barely speak tested and positive for influenza. Thanks guys for your professionalism."

"I want to thank Dr. Hamler and all the staff there for the excellent care i received today. The doctor took his time to carefully explain every step of his examination and then what was causing my pain and how best to treat it. He showed me graphs and x-rays and I left with complete confidence in the doctor's diagnosis and treatment plan. The staff was warm and friendly as well as very professional. Thanks again!"

"I took my son in today... and it was our very first time there. We had a wonderful experience. Lori at the front desk was chatting my son up, who was feeling so bad as she also drives his bus sometimes for Green. She made us feel so welcome and cared for. She deserves a raise. Then we met Amanda the nurse who was so sweet and kind to me and my son. She made me feel heard and showed instant concern for my son. Lastly, we met Krista the nurse practioner. She took her time checking him out and advised she would be sure to get him feeling better. This is probably the best urgent care experience I ever had. Grateful to the women we all saw today."

"We saw a nurse practitioner name Lindsey, who was very rude, my teenage daughter was there because she had been sick for four weeks, her sister had gotten her sick so we knew there was something being spread around in the family. Not only was Lindsay not a kind or caring provider at all… she rushed us and took a whole two minutes in the room. She got an attitude when asked to clarify anything that she was saying while speaking a million miles a minute. She barely let us speak, and she diagnosed my daughter with allergies, although my daughter had a sore throat and fluid behind her ears and chest pain with a very productive cough for four weeks straight. I have to now take more time out to take my daughter to a different urgent care location for a better assessment, and a second opinion with a provider who will actually take the time with their patient. My daughter is sick and Lindsay said it was allergies… um “yea okay”."

"Took my wife to the Uniontown location Dec 31 with an abscessed cyst. The staff Amanda and Dr. Thiel were very friendly, comforting and professional. They made sure my wife left feeling better than when she came in. While there is still a cyst to be removed the infection was drained and she is on the way to recovering. I recommend this location to others and would go back if needed."
