I don't think customers always remember that sometimes there are waits for placing orders, getting glasses adjusted, etc at any eyewear place. "The worst place I have ever gone to very Unprofessional. Scheduled an eye exam went to the eye exam and was told the doctor called off swore they called me they never did. I showed them my phone that I never had a call. Scheduled another appointment went there for that appointment. I thought it was 1040 they said 1020 I was there at 10:27 but straight out front waiting for somebody to wait on me for five minutes and was told I could not. Have my appointment because I was late which pretty much wasn’t late. It was them. I left called Jackson Eyecare clinic on Wells. They got me right in thank thankfully there is a nice place that will work with people never again. Will I go there or would I recommended the. Very poor service"
