"Crossroads Adult Services in Mentor does not care about their potential clients mental health well-being. I went in for my assessment on May 5th, 2023. I called them countless times to try and make an appointment to work on my mental health and they would not make me an appointment. They finally called me November 22nd, 2023 to make an appointment, I told them that I am no longer interested since I found a different therapist in the meantime."

"Horrible treatment. They do not listen and get medical information mixed up with other people, or just make up stuff to fit me into a diagnosis box. I am disgusted by my last two visits and currently without my medication or help from them and they do not offer any solutions, empathy, or help."

"Had a psychiatrist that I did not connect with or feel comfortable with at all. She pushed me to talk about things i wasn't comfortable talking about that really didn't need to be brought up. When I asked to switch psychiatrists to find someone i was more comfortable with, I was refused. Eventually I just got off my meds because I was sick of the many problems this place has given me. Though I feel a lot better off my meds, I should have been given more support and options so I didn't have to do this."

My doctor has become much more receptive to me and helpful after the situation was discussed further, and I have been much happier with my treatment and experiences here.
