"If you want to spend most of your time on the phone and none of your time with the doctor then I recommend this place. You will spend hours on hold to get an appointment, the doctor will see you for 4 seconds and cut you off because they are so busy. That is if you get to see the doctor when you make an appointment like I did for 8:50 and sit there until 10:45 (and left work early the day before and asked if I was better off going to urgent care). If you’re not retired and work M-F do not go here especially it’s not worth taking off work for the mere single digit minutes you will spend with the doctor. Or getting your time wasted calling back week after week for results on outside testing."

"horrible service, horrible staff, only redeeming quality is my family doctor. Any other staff i have dealt with has been rude or uninterested. Not to mention they thought my insurance was wrong and proceeded to tank my credit score with a faulty bill my insurance covered from years ago. i encourage you to take your time and money elseware."

"Far from professional. The office is the by far most unprofessional health care facility I have ever seen. Liked my Dr. but the office, billing, and rude and uninterested receptionist are to much to trust my families health care to."

"Very bad experience every time. They do not answer the phone and if they do, you'll be on hold for at least 45 minutes. Every time I've made an appointment I've had to physically drive to the office to get through to them. The blonde receptionist is extremely rude and demeaning to all patients and will call you out/ask personal questions in front of everyone."
