"This is typical, uneducated 'mental healthcare' at its very finest. Overly concerned with appearances and unreliable for staff and clients both. Abruptly discharging clients, unorganized "training" and monetarily motivated. My heart breaks for the kids who needed who I was. But I was no match for a system that values a repeat customer. Former employee here - Cynthia. Was terminated without warning or reason aside from "unprofessionalism." Devastating to myself, as well as the positive relationships made with clients. From being told I helped youth distance themselves from self-destructive behaviors - now just chalked up to yet another person that abandoned them."

"If in need of serious help don't waste your time. They turn you away. In response to owner. My daughter is 14. I'm aware of the age ranges. She needs a higher level of care. Your staff needs more training, qualifications and resources to be able to serve that level of care you are supposed to be giving. So they don't admit someone like my daughter again and after 2 weeks say she's not getting it and shove them out the door."
