"Although I called and phone call was not answered (2-3 minutes) I decided to just drive over. The care I received was excellent starting with the front desk. Before my registration… the receptionist checked with the clinical team to see if they could manage my condition. “Yes”. They were kind and respectful as they persevered on getting my insurance information correct and informed me of the wait time of 15 mins on a Friday afternoon. I was promptly seen in that time interval (2 others ahead of me) and my treatment was compassionate and effective."

"The lack of communication is unacceptable. The express care is no longer express. There are now several dept. Entering the express care door. They leave you sitting for express for hours. It's sooo frustrating. The patient reps are no longer kind, rude and looking at each other when asked for information on wait times or anything else"

"All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The wait was about an hour, which seemed long, but unlike other UC places, they not take us only to be put in a room for an hour. Tara and RN Patrick O'Malley were most pleasant and treated us like real people."

"This is the WORST urgent care I have ever experienced! I was told there would be a one hour wait. That’s fine. I know what to expect then. Two hours later, after watching someone who came in after me get taken back, I asked when my turn would be. She said there were two people in front of me. Half hour later, two people have gone ahead of me and I figure I’m next. Nope! They took someone else who came in after me. And then they took ANOTHER person who had come in after me. So now four people have gone in and I’m still in the freezing cold waiting room (because apparently some pipe broke over the weekend and there is no heat and the outside temp is 18 degrees). Two hours and 45 minutes after arrival, I get taken back to the exam room. After 15 minutes the Nurse Practitioner came in. She was pleasant and efficient, but that’s the only good thing that can be said. Total time spent this trip: 3 hours 22 minutes. I HATE having to switch doctors, but after this experience, I will be changing to University Hospital. I am DONE with the Clinic."
