"I selected this location based on the customer care team from insurance company to save money on an MRI vs the big hospital charges, but did not lack in quality. First, the office is immaculate! The front desk staff Michael and Kim were very polite and professional. Although I was a nervous wreck, Tech Erica explained every step of the procedure which actually calmed me down (after one hiccup). "Will always come here for imaging needs. My daughter needed a knee MRI. Most places had 2-4 week waits. Once lumina had insurance prior authorization they got her right in. Staff was super nice, facility was spotless, staff all very good with COVID precautions. Once we arrived paperwork was streamlined and she was in the mri machine less than 5 minutes after we arrived. "THE place to go for any imaging! I walked in and was instantly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was super friendly, eager to help, and wanted me to be as comfortable as possible. Michael and Kim at the front desk ensured that I understood all of the documents that had to be signed. For my CT scan, the techs were awesome! They explained the whole procedure and clarified any questions I had, and it was super fast.
