"Since my childhood, I suffer from health problems in both legs, which make me unable to stand on my feet except with a special device that I wear with special shoes so that I can stand and walk. Every short period of time I need maintenance on this device and new shoes. By the year 2022, I urgently need new shoes to continue my normal life. I called your center dozens of times, but no one answered the phone, which prompted me to go myself to your center. I informed the reception center that I needed new shoes, but they gave me an appointment to come back after a month on 3/25 and indeed I waited for the appointment Impatiently, I went to them on the day of the appointment and asked the official for new shoes and maintenance for the device I wore, so she took the measurements and started the necessary procedures, according to her claim, to make new shoes. She told me that it takes a month to be ready and I can come to pick it up the shoes after a month. After the first month passed and then the second month began, I did not find any news or contact from them, so I tried to call them back, but it did not work. Then, after several attempts, I was contacted and given an appointment to come to them, so I went to the appointment hoping to find my new shoes, but whoever received me did not know why I came, so I told him I have an appointment today to receive my new shoes, and I came two months ago, and I was waiting for them to give me my new shoes. So the man went out to inquire, then came back and told me that the employees are on leave and that he is new to work, and he does not know anything about the subject and he do not have any shoes for me."

"This place does not take disabilities seriously. My doctor ordered my daughter an upside in Mitchell boots almost a month ago and they say they may ship them out "sometime next week". Anyone familiar with the clubfoot treatment knows it is absolutely crucial to keep you child in these boots every single night. It's been almost a month. They never called to let me know any of this either. Now idk what to do since her feet are no longer fitting. If you value your kids treatment go elsewhere because they sure don't here."

"Financial department is terrible. Let's charge you $1000+ out the door with minimal time to secure funds just to mail you a check back for the whole thing because guess what your insurance covered it..can't wait to be done with this place."

"My experience of Hanger Clinic has been an incredibly good one. I attended my first appointment/consultation with some anxiety as I was a new amputee (below the knee), and I was worried how this might all work out both health-wise and financially. From soup to nuts the staff was welcoming, assuring, encouraging, and informative. Any questions or issues that I had were addressed. I found the staff genuinely concerned with my welfare and my ability to lead a normal, productive, and fulfilling life again. After each appointment I left the clinic upbeat and ready to take the next step (pun intended). I really cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Hanger Clinic.
