"The nurse and nurse practioner weren't the nicest people. Went in with the worst head pain and ear pain ive ever had, along with multiple other symptoms. I was told all they can do is test me for covid and send me on my way. I was also told I have fluid build up in my ears. No medication or suggestions on how to feel better. The nurse practioner just told me there's nothing they can do for me other than test me. But they asked what pharmacy I wanted, which made no sense. As I was leaving she told me to go to the hospital across the street to get help for my headache and seemed to joke about calling me an ambulance for $500 if i couldn't make the drive there myself, knowing I don't have insurance. It all just felt like they were mocking me. No compassion, not very friendly, didn't seem to care about how I was feeling. **edit to add. They called me the same day at 7:30 pm to go over my results but they were already closed. Called first thing the next morning and the nurse told me there's not even any information for me. There's nothing showing I have results, was tested or called. They just lost all my info and test results."
"Both the nurse and the nurse practitioner who looked at me were very nice. The nurse practitioner (Renee) was very compassionate and I was very impressed with her services! She was very caring and kindhearted. I didn't have to wait long at all to be examined. I would recommend."
"Made two trips less than 24 hours apart and subsequently paid two co-pays… They recommended allergy meds to clear up the fluid in my ears, even though I mentioned it was causing me pain and that I was susceptible to ear infections. Played the game and took the allergy meds for 5 days. My ears got worse, and when I thought I could call to have ear drops sent to the pharmacy, I was told I’d have to come back to be seen a 3rd time and pay a 3rd copay. I could understand needing to be seen to be prescribed narcotics or something, but I literally just need ear drops for a full blown ear infection at this point."
"Nurse Donna working on 12/9/22 is AMAZING! My daughter had a fever of 103 & she quickly wrapped her neck & head in cold towels & was so polite. My daughter tested positive for strep, however the medication we needed is on a shortage but Donna stayed past closing to work with me on finding what it at a pharmacy! I cannot thank her enough of how much that truly meant to me! The only thing that sort of upset me was the Dr (I dont remember her name.. wood maybe?). She asked if I wanted to swab my kids for Covid/influenza of which I said no, because I had just received the positive test result for my daughter for strep via mychart. I dont like feeling mom shamed by anyone, much less a Dr."
"I do not like to leave poor reviews on businesses… because where I work relies so heavily on the reviews of our clients to get people in. That being said months ago I came here for testing with swollen tonsils that looked almost closed shut in my throat. Severe pain and sleepless nights. Something was clearly wrong. I was told it was “viral” and given the whole Motrin tylenol talk. Needless to say I ended up in the Akron hospital for 4 days with a giant abscess in my throat that had to be operated on because I had an infection that went completely untreated for so long. I had to be on a liquid diet. The nurses at the hospitals were shocked at how my situation was handled here. To make matters worse I came to try it out again today, white patches on tonsils, headache, fever (had been reduced by Tylenol and they were told this) sick feeling, trouble swallowing, etc. all the signs of a strep infection. The lady swabbed my tongue instead of my throat and told me I tested negative! I got a second opinion and yet again they were wrong. I sadly will not be returning, it would just be unsafe at this point."
