"Tracy's in-depth knowledge and methods are amazing. I had never been to physical therapy before, so I didn't know what to expect. I had been getting bad pain in my outer hip after running and had tried stretching and self massage but it didn't fix the problem. Tracy took me through a few assessments to narrow down the source, she then spent the hour slowly working her 'magic' to release the area and get things back where they belonged. She gave me a couple simple exercises to do at home to activate and strengthen the right muscles to keep the issue from coming back.
