"Rude ladies at the front desk. I was there for a child’s appointment. Very unpleasant. My kids are small and I said I didn’t feel comfortable w a mask covering their faces. We recovered from covid. In an appointment reminder message they clearly stated masks are recommended (not required). The ladies at the front desk treated my children like infectious agents…like hazardous material."

"Wow !!! I recently moved two months ago August 3 from Port Charlotte Florida to Cleveland. I live in Lakewood now and was looking for a primary doctor. I was referred to the office of Dr. Mary Corbett by Dr HEbe ( don’t know if I’m spelling his name correctly ) He saw me at the emergency room and referred me to this doctor. Megan saw me and what a wonderful experience. From the entrance with Susanna till the end of the visit I was so taken by the friendly welcome that I received. Beginning with Sharon who took my vitals and then meeting Megan was absolutely fantastic. I felt secure I felt safe and taken care of.
