"My doctor, who is incredible and whom I adore, recently joined the staff here. Since then, I've not been able to get through to actually speak to someone to schedule an appointment. NO ONE EVER RETURNS CALLS!!! I don't care how "nice and friendly" the staff is, (per another reviewer) it doesn't matter if you can't get an appointment!!! I'm ready to give up a 10 year relationship with my doctor because of the reception staff. Pathetic!!!"

"Never go here if you don’t have insurance. I have insurance, just not applicable to the allergist I saw here. They made it seem like allergy testing was included in the appointment. They billed me $11 at checkout for the tests, in addition to the office visit. I was supposed to be paid up. They sent me a bill for an additional $520! Apparently this was supposed to be billed at checkout and their desk workers are complete morons. I NEVER would have agreeed to any testing more than $100 and I had to get the bill before anyone told me the real cost. I will never go back here for anything. Insane."

"First, we love Dr. Fredrick! Our whole family sees her. The facility is clean and easy to access. They are on-time and have even managed to squeeze us in for emergency visits. So fortunate to have this practice so close to home!"
