"The nurse practitioner was excellent and a pleasure to work with. The receptionists seem to have had their personalities removed…at least the favorable aspects. I suggest that they get jobs in roles that require minimal interaction with other humans."

"I brought my daughter in to be seen New Year’s Eve. We got there by 3p. The woman at the desk refused to let us check in. She told me they were at a “hard stop”. I told her but we made it in before 3:30p , which was when they closed but they still refused to see my child. The lady told me to come back at 8am tomorrow. I knowing that was New Year’s Day asked “tomorrow??”she said “yes!” So tell me why I’m looking on Google and it says they’re closed today THE DAY SHE TOLD ME TO COME BACK. You don’t play with people’s health . You could’ve made time for us yesterday. Atleast learn your hours."

"Had a great experience here! Facility was clean, staff was very friendly and we barely waited 2 minutes before being seen. The nurse, and doctor, were fantastic with my 5 year old daughter. Will definitely visit this urgent care again, if needed."

"The doctor was very professional and caring. The nurses, however! Wow! Never have I experienced such a lack of compassion and kindness in health care. The woman at the front desk was efficient but needs retraining on greeting sick people with a compassionate tone. And then there are the women working inside. Yikes! It was clear with Christeen’s very first words to me that she hates her job. She barked orders while pointing her finger,. STRAIGHT! TURN! SIT! It was borderline abusive, and if I were not feeling terrible, I would have told her off. Instead, I will never return and go to the one on Loraine Road. These women are NOT representatives of the fantastic care from the Cleveland Clinic and I am surprised they are still employed. I understand that they may be overworked but, Yikes. Be nice or don’t be a nurse"

"Stay far away from this place! Not only is the care sub par, they also falsely code your visit for what I can only assume is an attempt at squeezing out more money. I had a splinter removed from the bottom of my foot. My copay for an urgent care with my insurance is $40. This place told them I required an incision and a “specialized treatment room” and now I’m being charged $275. The truth is I sat for an unreasonable amount of time on an exam table waiting for the nurse practitioner to be grumpy and dig at my foot with tweezers for 15 minutes. The whole place is set up like the school nurses office and shares a wall with the UPS store next door. Not “specialized” in the least. This happened back in February of this year, but I am still fighting to get any sort of assistance out of Cleveland clinic in an effort to sort this out and pay what is rightfully owed. They seem to have no interest in doing what is right. I would’ve been better off at a drugstore clinic and if this place is your only option other than that, you’d be better off at a drugstore clinic too."
