"Had two of my children with them. Dr. Dahman is wonderful and caring but staff is unprofessional and lacks communication skills. Cancelled or rescheduled at least 5 times. At least two of those times, no phone call from staff and I took off of work for those appointments. Receptionist that schedules appointments lacks knowledge. Each time I call to schedule, it's like talking to a robot. Ignores questions, constantly putting me on hold, will not get to the point without gathering unnecessary information. Currently looking for a new doctor."

"After my original doctor retired, working with the office was like pulling teeth. My doctor retired after I'd made an appointment, so I was transferred to another without any prior notice. Scheduling was made difficult by two last-minute cancellations (I was actually in the office when I found out--no prior phone calls were made to let me know). Changing my personal information took far too long, and even though I had filled out the correct paperwork, it took about five calls over a period of two months to get just my last name changed in my files. I made the decision to switch ObGyns after two years of being unhappy with service and hoping it would improve somehow. The doctors themselves are okay, but the way the office is run made me switch. Edit: In the midst of switching doctors, I had a procedure to remove a cyst in my chest. The results came back normal from the surgeon at South West, but two weeks later I got a call from OBGYN Associates telling me my results were abnormal and they needed me to come in. Confused, I asked more questions only to find out they were calling me to tell me about the cyst itself (which they had already done two months prior), not that the follow up tests were abnormal. The person on the call was apologetic, but it unnecessarily put me in a terrible panic in the middle of my work day because someone messed up paperwork."

"Love Obgyn associates Genevieve McCaslin is an amazing midwife and Dr. Dahman is a wonderful ob! Very professional staff well trained nurses. I have always received wonderful care from them. Currently pregnant with baby #4 safe to say if I have more I won't be going anywhere else for my prenatal an ob care :)"

"Been going here for several years. They have canceled appts on me several times. My provider left the practice and no one informed me till I called to get my prescription renewal. I'm switching providers."

"Very unprofessional place. I was left in the ultrasound room for a hour and a half once because the person who put me in there never informed the doctor I was even there! I got blood drawn to tell the sex of my baby, I was told next week they would call me. That week went past so I decided to call them. After 5 hours past I call again to see if my message was given to my doctor finally at 5 something someone calls me to say they don't have enough blood can I come back in. Also when my blood was drawn the female who took my blood did not do it correct because I was bleeding pretty bad after and my arm was very sore and turned purple after. So why go through the pain again. Also it took for me to keep calling for anyone to care! Which also the doctor told me I'm not an emergency and it's not that important. To me my child is important and my time and money is."
