"Everyone I have encountered here has been fantastic. I was always scared of going back to any OB/GYN after my last encounter where the doctor had told me I could have PCOS then offered no testing, told me I couldn't have children, and was just overall so rough I almost cried during the appointment. Then, after I found out I was pregnant, I ended up getting late prenatal care (25 weeks in). I found this office and was supposed to originally see a different provider. That one didn't have any openings for another two months, so I went with Dr. Susan Klein. It was the best decision I've ever made. Dr. Klein has been the sweetest, gentlest, and just caring provider I've ever met. My first visit at 25 weeks pregnant, there was no judgement. She was just glad I came in to get care for me and my baby. And after I delivered, I started having signs of postpartum depression. She was rightfully concerned and wanted me to be evaluated and I'm glad she did. I don't think I would have taken those steps to get myself the proper help that I needed if it weren't for her. I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Klein."

"Alicia at the front desk was the rudest person I have encountered at a woman's health office. Along with the other lady working there. I had an uncomfortable experience with the doctor and when asked when I wanted to make another appointment I explained I would call to schedule because I was not going back there. They then hounded me about not being able to go directly to rocky river to get a covid test as I explained I had no way there on this particular day and time. saying "um well its kind of important".. and it might change a lot of things for you. Not only that but I overheard them talking down about other patients while waiting in the waiting room. On a side note, Dr. Klein walked in on me not once, not twice, but three times while I was completely naked from the waist down not giving me any time to change in or out of my clothes. The worst experience I've ever had. and being pregnant you want to know your doctors and nurses, even staff, care about you. Do not recommend."
